Privacy & data

Privacy Policy

Your script, brief and contact details can be professionally sensitive information. This policy explains, in plain language, what VoixPro.ma/mehdi actually processes, what depends on external services such as WhatsApp or email, and what rights you may exercise under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, where applicable, international rules such as the GDPR.

No user account and no internal free-text form on this site.

Requests go through WhatsApp, phone or email according to your choice.

Google tools load only when configured for deployment.

Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland keep a consent choice before advertising and analytics purposes.

01

Controller and scope

This policy covers Mehdi's public pages on VoixPro.ma, including the landing page, FAQ and privacy page. The service is presented by Mehdi, a professional voice-over artist based in Rabat, Morocco.

The site is informational and commercial: it lets visitors listen to demos, download certain files, contact Mehdi and request a quote. It does not create user accounts and does not provide a private client area.

  • Main contact: mehdi@voixpro.ma
  • Phone: +212 6 61 49 14 49
  • Canonical URL: https://voixpro.ma/mehdi/

02

Data you choose to send

If you only browse the site, your script or project brief is not sent to a VoixPro.ma database through an internal form. Personal information mainly appears when you choose to contact Mehdi.

When using WhatsApp, phone or email, you may send your name, company, phone number, email address, script, deadline, audio references, approximate budget or any other information needed for a quote or production.

  • Purpose: reply to your request, prepare a quote, produce a voice-over and follow up on the project.
  • Practical basis: your voluntary request, pre-contractual or contractual steps, and the legitimate interest of responding to a prospect or client.
  • Recommendation: do not send unnecessary or sensitive data unless it is needed for the project.

03

Technical data and audience measurement

The site may generate technical events in dataLayer: viewed page, language, visited path, traffic source, scroll depth, time on page, viewed sections, button clicks, audio demo playback, downloads and JavaScript errors.

These events are used to understand which pages and buttons help visitors, fix technical issues and measure quote requests. They are not used to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads load only if their IDs are configured at deployment.
  • For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google consent is denied by default until the visitor chooses otherwise.
  • For other regions, the site may apply a different configuration depending on deployment settings and applicable law.

04

Cookies, local storage and preferences

The site mainly uses sessionStorage and localStorage in your browser. This storage may remember the session start, last demo listened to, certain clicks already made, sections already counted, campaign parameters, exit modal state, consent choice and returning-visitor status.

This information helps avoid unnecessary repetition, measure conversions and preserve your privacy choice. You can clear it from your browser settings.

  • Indicative duration: current session for some technical data.
  • Indicative duration: up to 7 days to limit repeated display of certain messages.
  • Indicative duration: up to 90 days for advertising campaign parameters.

05

External services and possible transfers

When you click WhatsApp, phone, email or an external link, you leave the site's direct environment and use the relevant third-party service. WhatsApp/Meta, your phone operator, your email provider, Google or your browser may process data under their own policies.

Some providers may process data outside Morocco. Where Moroccan Law 09-08 or the GDPR applies, transfers must follow the conditions set by those rules and by the policies of the providers involved.

  • WhatsApp: the prefilled message may include the context of the clicked button.
  • Email: your message is processed by the email providers involved.
  • Google: measurement and advertising only operate if tags are enabled.

06

Retention, security and confidentiality

Information sent for a quote or project is kept only for as long as useful to handle the request, commercial follow-up, production, accounting obligations or the defence of possible rights.

Scripts, briefs, pre-launch campaigns and sensitive documents are handled confidentially. For institutional projects, tenders, non-public campaigns or brand launches, an NDA can be signed on request.

  • Access is limited to information needed for the project.
  • Your scripts or contact details are not sold.
  • Your project is not published without agreement or unless the reference is already public.

07

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may request access, correction and objection regarding the processing of your personal data. You may also request deletion of information that is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal or contractual obligations.

If the GDPR applies to your situation, you may also have additional rights: information, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to marketing, and the right not to be subject to a solely automated decision producing significant effects.

  • To exercise a right: write to mehdi@voixpro.ma with enough information to identify the request.
  • A response will be provided within a reasonable period and within any deadline required by applicable law.
  • In Morocco, the CNDP is the competent authority for personal data protection: https://www.cndp.ma
